A fun, points-based app where kids earn rewards for helping out around the house.
"A neglected predictor of success and happiness is doing chores from an early age."
— Adam Grant, Wharton professor, organizational psychologist, and NYT bestselling author.
Add chores and set point values based on difficulty.
Children check off chores as they're done and earn points.
Points can be traded for screen time, cash, outings, or anything you decide.
Teach your kids the value of hard work and consistency through everyday tasks.
Set up meaningful incentives your kids will love—from extra screen time to a trip for ice cream.
Get a clear view of who's done what, and when. No more arguments over who fed the dog.
Assign different point values to chores based on effort—yard work might be worth 10 points, while feeding the pet is just 1.
Our Story
Hi, I'm Andrew!
I created ChoreGenius to get my three daughters excited about helping around the house—without constant reminders. Traditional chore charts didn't stick, so I started rewarding them with points for completing tasks on their own time.
Suddenly, they were motivated, competing to earn rewards like cash or screen time. It gave them independence, taught responsibility, and made chores fun. Total game changer for our family.
